The buzz is still alive around the halls of Good Leadership after hosting 330+ guests for the 100th episode of the breakfast series. Bill George was a rock star as the speaker, and the guests and past speakers who contributed more than $23,000 were amazing! Goodness really does pay. 
Acquisition of Interaction Dynamics Group
Perhaps lost in the splendor was the involvement of Kevin Sensenig, the new President and Chief Learning Officer of Good Leadership, in the program. In October, our firm acquired Kevin’s firm – Interaction Dynamics Group (IDG), based in Pennsylvania – and that’s when Kevin became our President. For five years, IDG was our Mid-Atlantic Partner in serving clients and developing research-based leadership tools. All the clients, employees, and partners of IDG, are now in the Good Leadership family. We are so excited!
Here are some of the good things that were launched at the 100th Good Leadership Breakfast:
- November 18 will forever be known as Goodness Pays Day – as acknowledged by the National Archive Registry. We celebrated with a champagne toast to the future.
- The breakfast will shift toward a team-based self-directed learning workshop, with activities designed by Kevin Sensenig, created to help teams get better in their leadership, on the spot. Guests will be able to purchase learning materials and study guides, with all the proceeds going to benefit the Boys and Girls Club.
- We announced the research for our newest book: Enjoy the Journey. It’s a project designed specifically to bring alive the Goodness Pays idea, as measured by The Seven Fs in professional workforces. A 2023 speaking tour 2023 will specifically collect data via audience response research technology, to add insights to the book. Inquire here if your organization wants to be included.
