Pathway to Healthy Accountability Research

The workplace has been changing at an unprecedented pace.

The challenge is that executives report seeing commitment and accountability as being “fuzzy” in their organizations. Employees, on the other hand, believe they are being accountable, but don’t believe accountability is consistent across teams in the organization. This disconnect about accountability was the catalyst for Good Leadership to embark on the research project to determine how to create an environment of healthy accountability in flexible and highly collaborative workforces.
