Kevin Sensenig, Ph.D. is the President and Chief Learning Officer of Good Leadership, a Minneapolis based leadership coaching firm focused on supporting visionary CEOs, senior leaders, and HR professionals to lead with goodness. Kevin works with organizations to transform their leadership when they have a strong mandate for growth, are navigating a leadership transition, or are experiencing an ownership transfer.
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in management, leadership, education, and training for businesses. His background includes both middle and senior level leadership roles along with training, coaching, group facilitation, and speaking experience with groups of all sizes. His strength lies in listening, synthesizing information, and coaching individuals to use the best from within themselves to deliver outstanding results through their team. He is certified in Hogan Assessments, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, John Maxwell training, coaching, and speaking and Good Leadership coaching.
Kevin earned an Associate of Specialized Business Degree (ASB) in Marketing Management from Central Pennsylvania College, a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Marketing Education from Temple University, a Master of Education Degree (M.Ed.) in Business Education from Bowling Green State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Workforce Education and Development with emphasis in Organization Development from Pennsylvania State University.
Prior to this role, Kevin was the Founder and President of Interaction Dynamics Group, a Pennsylvania based leadership consultancy, as well as a wide variety of other leadership roles.
