About

Paul Batz centers his work around the conviction that goodness pays. He partners with leaders to build cultures of healthy accountability, where people win together in an environment where individuals take personal ownership, and embrace the support of the team, to deliver quality work on time. When accountability starts from a foundation of goodness, the culture thrives with a “seeks accountability” mindset where encouragement and positive teamwork are constant in all economic conditions.

In 2024, Good Leadership released its landmark research on healthy accountability, identifying a “Pathway to Healthy Accountability™” with five core elements that underpin high-performing organizations. Those insights are propelling transformation: clients report stronger alignment, faster execution, and a more resilient culture where accountability is embraced, not enforced.
