Paul is the author of six books, including his latest, Good Leadership Is a Team Sport, now in its second printing, published by Good Leadership Press.

Outside of work he is hopelessly addicted to golf, an Elton John wannabe piano player, a philanthropist, and he loves hosting dinner parties with his business partner/wife, Melinda, at their home in Bloomington, MN.
