Heidi is the collaborative creator and director of Breaking Ice, a best-in-class theatre improvisation model that increases awareness and emphasizes the bottom-line value of cultural difference in the corporate workplace. Heidi is also the president of the Tate Batz Rogers foundation, which recognizes and awards underprivileged youth for exemplary leadership in their schools and communities. Her message for the Good Leadership Breakfast is ‘out of the box’ thinking. Heidi provides that breath of fresh air and creativity. She knows how to look at situations from several angles, and consider how a wide variety of people will absorb a leadership message.
