Heidi Rogers, Founder of Breaking Ice

The Good Leadership Breakfast series exists to bring Good leaders, with Good intentions together — so we can make great things possible. Join 50+ other leaders for an inspiring breakfast including networking, a thought-provoking message and a robust table discussion.

On Friday, June 18, 2010 Heidi Batz Rogers will lead the Good Leadership Breakfast Food for Thought Discussion at the Minnesota Valley Country Club. Heidi is a leader and social entrepreneur. Over the course of 20 years, her work has been nationally recognized as exceptional in the areas of mentorship, coaching, inclusion and diversity in the workplace. Heidi is the collaborative creator and director of Breaking Ice, a best-in-class theatre improvisation model that increases awareness and emphasizes the bottom-line value of cultural difference in the corporate workplace. Heidi is also the president of the Tate Batz Rogers foundation, which recognizes and awards underprivileged youth for exemplary leadership in their schools and communities.
