Kristi Fox is EVP, Chief Administrative Officer at Securian Financial. In this role, she oversees administrative operations, including human resources, to serve Securian’s 23 million customers. She is a trusted strategic partner who leverages her broad business acumen to solve complex problems through agile management, transparency and data-driven decision making. While optimizing Securian’s ability to serve customers and transform the industry, Kristi is committed to maintaining a positive, high-performing culture that elevates the employee experience and recognizes the contributions of associates from diverse backgrounds.

An active member of her community, Kristi serves on the boards of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Minnesota and Hill-Murray School. She was a Top Women in Business Honoree from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. A lifelong group fitness enthusiast who was once featured on a Tae Bo QVC segment, she now has her sights set on a live class at the Peloton NYC studio.
