My blog today represents a shift in the goodness movement. Over the past seven years, the Good Leadership team has been working on defining and refining the goodness message so the idea that “goodness pays” is appealing to the broadest possible audience. Now, we really need your help.
Two-way dialogue
At the Good Leadership Breakfast on September 16, Paul Hillen and I will be announcing an exciting new book project. We hired a writing coach and formed a hypothesis. Then, we hired a world-class research partner to design and execute the largest research project ever tried on the subject of goodness in leadership and business. Formal interviews begin the week following Labor Day.
From defining to spreading
By asking you to contribute, we are beginning a deliberate shift from refining/defining to the active phase of “spreading goodness.” And it starts with you!

Please answer this question: What leaders around you radiate goodness and why?
Simply comment on this blog (below) with the name of someone who is a good leader, and describe why as efficiently as you can. Starting next week, I will begin reporting/sharing on your suggestions.
Then, over the next six months, we will be collecting these nominations, reporting on your stories, and sharing these “proof statements” for a discussion on all of our social media channels. Especially this blog.
Ready, Set…Go!
