Pathway to Healthy Accountability

The workplace has been changing at an unprecedented pace.

The challenge is that executives report seeing commitment and accountability as being “fuzzy” in their organizations. Employees, on the other hand, believe they are being accountable, but don’t believe accountability is consistent across teams in the organization. This disconnect around accountability was the catalyst for good leadership to embark on the 2024 Accountability Research Project to determine how to create an environment of healthy accountability in flexible and highly collaborative workforces.

Pathway To Healthy Accountability

With the help of a steering team of clients and partners, the research was launched with this hypothesis:

Healthy Accountability comes from strong interpersonal connections
and managers who are skilled at building shared commitments.
