Overview

Our refund, return, exchange policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. After that time, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

Your return will be inspected upon return. At that time, you’ll receive an email with notification of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, within 7 days, your refund credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, if paid via credit card or ACH. If the original purchase was made via cash or check, a check will be issued to the purchaser and sent to the address provided with the order.

Late or missing refunds

For credit card refunds, if you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of acknowledgement of your return, please contact your credit card company as it often takes time to officially post the refund.

Refunds issued via check may take 14+ days depending on postal service delivery.

If, after contacting you credit card company, you still have not received your refund, please contact billing@goodleadership.com.

Exchanges

We may replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, send an email to billing@goodleadership.com. Items to be exchanged may be sent to: Good Leadership, 7400 Meto Blvd Suite 195, Edina, MN 55439.

Depending on your location, the time for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or a different event (of equal or lesser value).

Shipping returns

Return products may be shipped to: Good Leadership, 7400 Metro Blvd Suite 195, Edina, MN 55439.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs for the initial purchase are non-refundable. Initial product shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for returns.
