Which ‘F’ do you choose?

If you had to choose, would you choose Faith, Family, Finances, Fitness, Friends, Fun or Future…as the most important area of your life to improve? That’s one of the questions Tim Schmidt and I posed last night to full house audience of 100+ people at the Launch Party for the What Really Works book project. The music was hot, the treats were tasty…and we raised about $1000 for a good cause. And people like you generated quite a buzz!

Ever wanted to be on a game show? Guests had the chance to use the same type of Audience Response technology as they use in Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, when they poll the audience. We asked 21 questions about the role Faith, Family, Finances, Fitness, Friends, Fun and Future play in their lives. Maybe it was the wonderful treats, music and good wine…but this crowd was mostly a happy, contented collection of people. And yet, everyone learned something they could focus on to lead the life they really imagine.

Now it’s YOUR turn. We NEED YOUR HELP! Take the survey at www.SevenFs.com — it’s fun, inspiring and it only takes about 5 – 7 minutes online. Then…please email it to friends and family who live near and really, really far away. Our goal is to collect a sampling from people all across the globe. Asia…Europe…even Antarctica (if we can find someone there!) The more insight, the better.

Fun! is my favorite, but the “brutal economy” is a bit wearing. Nonetheless, I love walking out of work every day, not matter where I sub, believing I am making human connections that matter. May God bless your work!

Thanks Mary Kaye, nice to hear from you. Please help us spread the word about the Seven Fs. Have a wonderful week.

Fitness would be the most important area in my life that I need to improve. But the most important F word is Faith! I strongly believe that it is the antecedent for all the others to be truly possible.
