Every spring and fall season, the Good Leadership Breakfast provides me with a boost of gratitude. Even after 16 years of hosting, I’m more energized than ever to continue exploring the theme that has sparked so much dialogue and growth this year: The Pathway to Healthy Accountability. The Fall 2025 series begins on September 12.
Healthy accountability is when people win together in an environment where individuals take personal ownership, and embrace the support of the team, to deliver quality work on time.
Conversations with clients and partners has me convinced healthy accountability is the glue behind how goodness pays in leadership, teams, and in business. When we help each other be accountable in a healthy way, teams thrive, cultures strengthen, and faster and easier results follow.
That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our Fall lineup of speakers who are leading the charge in Healthy Accountability in their own unique ways.
September 12: Dr. John Pryor, President and Chairman of Proliance Surgeons
John’s story is steeped in medical leadership where precision, trust, and accountability are vital. His perspective on accountability in high-stakes environments will inspire leaders across industries.
October 10: Shawn Moren, Executive Partner in the CHRO Practice at Gartner
Shawn brings decades of executive HR leadership experience, and she knows how to build cultures of accountability that drive engagement and results. I can’t wait for her insights on how leaders can make accountability both personal and cultural.
November 14: Jude Bricker, CEO of Sun Country Airlines
Jude’s leadership has fueled an extraordinary turnaround story at Sun Country. His commitment to operational excellence and accountability in the airline industry provides a powerful roadmap for leaders looking to generate positive momentum.
Each of these leaders exemplifies how accountability, when it’s healthy, can transform teams and organizations. Please accept our invitation to join the conversation this fall. Bring your team, your clients, your mentors—anyone who could benefit from learning how healthy accountability can help them succeed personally and professionally.
