It takes an unwavering support system of family and friends to make it happen.  And sometimes a restorative Seven Fs retreat is just what the doctor ordered!

A Bucket List Dream

In 2010 when Melinda and I agreed to be business partners, we envisioned destination retreats where couples could take time out to work on personal visioning and how the Seven Fs were alive in their leadership: faith, family, finances, fitness, friends, fun and future. It was a reward strategy for the two of us for all of the hard work of building a business.

“This was my first development retreat with my husband. As one of the spouses, I really appreciated being included in all of the activities,” recalls Debbie Bergman, HANDy Paint Products small business owner. “I get it now! These retreats are really good for mind, body and soul…that helps us be a better husband and wife team.”

Goodness Grows

Last year a handful of people agreed to be test pilots. We gathered at the extraordinary Ritz Carlton Resort and Spa at Dove Mountain in the Tucson area of Arizona for the very first Seven Fs Executive Leadership Retreat. The weather cooperated and the experiment worked…thank Goodness! “The first Seven Fs retreat was an absolutely world-class experience,” said Dan McGinty, Hospital System CEO. “Lynn and I are already looking forward to attending our next Seven Fs retreat!”

Unlike any other leadership retreat, spouses and significant others are fully encouraged to participate in all leadership development activities together.
