Shawn Moren Joins the Fall 2025 Good Leadership Breakfast

One of my favorite parts of hosting the Good Leadership Breakfast is introducing leaders who prove how goodness pays. That’s why I’m thrilled to welcome Shawn Moren to the stage on October 10, as part of the Fall 2025 Good Leadership Breakfast Series.

With support from our Series Sponsor, Old National Bank, and Meeting Sponsor, UKG, this Breakfast continues the fall theme: The Pathway to Healthy Accountability. Shawn’s story fits that theme perfectly.

HR’s Role in Creating a Culture of Heathy Accountability

Enterprise transformation combined with human capital strategy is the expertise of  Shawn Moren, a trusted advisor in Gartner’s Executive Advisory Practice. She’s a master of stimulating new thinking in large organizations as they grow, optimize, and empower their people.

Twin Cities leaders many know Shawn from her C-suite roles at Regis Corporation, Supervalu, Bluestem Brands – including the President of SmartStyle Hair Salons. She’s grounded, courageous, and relentlessly focused on building trust. Outside of work, she channels that same energy into serving on the board of CornerHouse, a nonprofit supporting children who’ve experienced abuse.

The Pathway to Healthy Accountability

Shawn was very enthusiastic about the healthy accountabilty research that was shared at the Good Leadership Conference a year ago. She’s been engaging her Gartner CHRO client in discussion about their role in creating a healthy accountabilty culture. She will help us unpack what Healthy Accountability really looks like in practice with stories and insights that challenge the status quo and leave you inspiration for your own leadership journey.

Mark the calendar for October 10 for an energizing session. Tickets for the Good Leadership Breakfast featuring Shawn Moren are available here.
