A Personal Leadership Vision from Mount Rainier, told by Tim Schmidt

Tim Schmidt is a tall, dark and handsome leader whose life has been shaped by many good things.  He grew up in Hong Kong as the son of Missionary parents — and ended up in Minneapolis/St. Paul by way of Aid Association for Lutherans.  As a senior executive at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, his professional leadership is dedicated to helping people thrive in all areas of their lives.

Personally, he’s working hard on his Bucket List — and that included a one-day ascent to the peak of Mount Rainer, alongside his 21-year old son Jonathan.  Tim is the co-author (along with Paul Batz) of the What Really Works book — featuring the Seven Fs.
