Meet a really Good Leader: Teresa Daly

What makes a “Good Leader?” In my opinion, we look for people who consistently go out of their way to make things better for more people. Meet Teresa Daly. She and her partner Mary Kloehn created Navigate Forward — a lean, effective consultancy that is turning the outplacement business on its ear. She has raving fans all around town. In the face of this weird economy, some of the best and brightest have been seeking her out in search of a new direction. With one sweeping gift of humility, we are all learning there is more to life than our careers.

If Teresa’s vitae doesn’t capture your fancy, I encourage you to meet her and let her work her magic.

With the launch of our business, Melinda and I were overjoyed with the outpouring of support and encouragement from friends and fans. Teresa was one of the first, and her voice cut through the chorus. She knows what it really means to “lead the life you imagine,” and her sincerity speaks volumes. Just another fan cheering you on, Paul! Congrats on all your new adventures! In the past year, I’ve very much tackled life head on and now, I am leading the life I only imagined before and am loving every second. I learned some of that ‘double-dog-dare yourself to succeed’ from the experiences we shared together. Thanks for all the mentorship and inspiration.
