What makes a “Good Leader?” In my opinion, we look for people who consistently go out of their way to make things better for more people. Meet Teresa Daly. She and her partner Mary Kloehn created Navigate Forward — a lean, effective consultancy that is turning the outplacement business on its ear. She has raving fans all around town. In the face of this weird economy, some of the best and brightest have been seeking her out in search of a new direction. With one sweeping gift of humility, we are all learning there is more to life than our careers.
